On Thursday, Cale John Puls, 1 W. Grant St. Apt. #313, reported hit and run damage to the rear bumper on a 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo while parked at his residence. Estimated value of damage was $400.
On Tuesday, Paula Elena Gomez, 4 E. Webster St., reported the theft of a Nintendo Wii game console with controller and miscellaneous tools from a 1987 Jayco camper while parked at her residence. Estimated value of loss was $1,200.
On Thursday, Alex Michael Heinrichs, 201 W. Ferner St., was cited for theft-fifth degree from Walmart.
On Thursday, Matthew Scott Mills, 13 W. Main St. Apt. #103, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.
On Thursday, Brian John Berkey, 306 N. 15th Ave., was arrested for identity theft.
On Thursday, Matthew Allen Sumpter, 312 N. 4th Ave., was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts.
On Wednesday, Sharon Renee Medlock, 402 Washington St., was arrested for serious assault.
On April 7, Carlos Rios-Torres, 608 W. Linn St., was arrested for driving under the influence.
On April 8, a car driven by Christopher Bradley Gazaway, of Gladbrook, was eastbound on Iowa Avenue stopped at the intersection with South 18th Avenue when it attempted to merge northbound and collided with a vehicle driven by Debra Kay Kadner, 1702 S. 7th Ave. Apt. #7, which was traveling south in the east lane. Gazaway, Kadner and passengers Charlene Ridings Terpstra, of Gladbrook, and Tanya Nicole Gazaway, of Gladbrook, were transported to Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center with injuries. Gazaway was cited for failure to yield. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $8,000 each.

On April 6, Aaron Brooks Stout, of Oskaloosa, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-second offense, possession of marijuana-second offense, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense.
On April 2, Ryan Daniel Speicher, of Conrad, was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway.
On April 5, Stephen Scott Prusha, 816 N. 4th Ave., was arrested for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On April 3, Jorge Luis Alvarado, 108 N. 13th St., was arrested for driving while revoked.
On Monday, an employee with the Union Pacific Railroad, Princeton, Mo., the theft of two 150 pound acetylene tank, a 3 pound hammer and a grinder from 3200 Mile Quarry Rd. Estimated value of loss was $965.
On Monday, an employee with MJ Electric, of Marion, reported the theft of a 6 foot piece of tin copper wire and a 6 foot piece of copper wire from 1000 Wallace Ave. Estimated value of loss was $120.
On April 4, Valerie Jane Devolder, of Le Grand, reported gunshot damage to the rear window on a 2002 Chevy Suburban while parked at her residence. Estimated value of damage was $500.
