Kenisha J. Bolden, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The court appointed the public defender's office as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 6. Bolden was released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services.
Sean Michael Helms, of State Center, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. He pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $20 with a $7 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $87. The court allowed for monthly installment payment plan of $50 beginning in August and continuing until the debts are paid in full.

He pleaded not guilty to the driving under suspension charge and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Aug. 19 in Magistrate Court. On the operation without registration, Eipperle pleaded guilty and the fine is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50.

On Monday, Peter Pietsch, 1907 S. Third Ave., reported the theft of a Toro snowblower from his residence. Estimated value of loss was $450.
On Tuesday, Cody Aaron Perry, 411 1/2 S. Second St., was cited for disorderly conduct and theft-third degree.

On Thursday, Bradley Albert Moeller, of Tama, was arrested for operating while intoxicated.
On Wednesday, Donald Sanchez, 3202 S. 12th St. Lot #77, was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense.
On Thursday, a vehicle driven by Elizabeth Blythe Noble, of State Center, was northbound on Center Street in the turn only lane for Hy-Vee when the driver did not see the median with the warning sign, ran over the median causing disabling damage to two tires on the passenger side and damage to the undercarriage. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Noble vehicle was estimated at $1,500 while the median warning sign received an estimated $150 in damage.

On Tuesday, Raymond Russell Elliott, 2832 160th St., reported the theft of a Swisher trail mower from 1621 Underwood Ave. Estimated value of loss was $500.
On Wednesday, Jessica Nicole Rosenberger, of Montour, was arrested for driving while revoked, failure to secure a child, driving under suspension and failure to have a valid driver's license.
On Tuesday, Laquetta Ward, of Tama, was arrested for driving while barred, driving while revoked, no driver's license, driving under suspension and speeding.
On Monday, Joshua Paul Smith, of Colfax, was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense.
On July 9, Anita Maria Nevarez, 503 Summit St., was arrested for driving while barred, excessive speed and no insurance.

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a dispatched/cancelled en route to South Third Avenue, two motor vehicle accidents with injuries in the 200 block of East Linn Street and the 100 block of South Center Street, a smoke or odor removal at 1107 E. Main St., and six medical assists with the EMS crew at: 2802 S. Center St., 707 N. Fourth Ave., 7 Marion St., 407 Park St., 3120 S. Second St., and 915 W. Merle Hibbs Blvd.
The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to two medical assists with the EMS crew to 209 N. Seventh St., and 1806 W. Olive St.
The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to an extrication of victims from vehicle at 300 E. State St., and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 1203 W. Anson St., 512 S. Sixth St., 5 N. Eighth St., 1108 W. Iowa Ave., 101 W. Iowa Ave., and 112 N. Third St.
