Running for the RedTails
South Tama County senior Jensen Vodochodsky, seated second from left, signed on with Hawkeye Community College to run cross country in the coming 2017-18 season. Vodochodsky has been a distance runner for the Trojans during her high school tenure, and finished the 2016 cross country season on a high note. She ran a personal best of 21 minutes, 30 seconds, in her 5K at the Class 3A district meet. She is the daughter of Danny and Tessa Vodochodsky, standing, and was joined at her signing ceremony by RedTails assistant cross country coach Tyler Mulder, seated left, South Tama County head track and field coach Levi Hunerdosse, second from right, and assistant coach Emily Keppler, far right.
