BROOKLYN — The East Marshall volleyball team earned a win over BGM on the road on Thursday in three sets, 25-11, 25-8, 25-14.

Juliana Arifi had 25 kills in the victory for the Mustangs (5-6) and she had three aces, two digs and a block against the Bears (0-10).

Maria Rasmusson had 26 assists, three aces and four digs, while Genesis Wanatee had two kills, four assists and four digs.

East Marshall hosts its home tournament on Saturday, featuring Class 1A No. 14 HLV, No. 15 Iowa Valley, 2A No. 14 Hudson, Benton Community, Des Moines Christian, Vinton-Shellsburg and West Marshall.
