ROSEMOUNT, Minn. — The Marshalltown Community College volleyball team earned a victory over Dakota County Technical College on Tuesday, 25-23, 25-22, 25-12.

Elena Yee and Marija Egic each led the Tigers (33-5) with 11 kills, while Sadie Smith and Chiara Mottola had seven apiece. Jelena Dukic had 39 assists in the win over DCTC (19-9).

MCC had eight total blocks, led by Tarah Henderson with four block assists and Egic with a solo block and two assists. Halee Pedro led the Tiger defense with 23 digs.

The Tigers host John Wood CC on Friday in their regular-season and home finale. First serve is set for 7 p.m. at the Student Activity Center.
