Tyrese Haliburton

AMES — Iowa State guard Tyrese Haliburton has been named Big 12 Player of the Week after posting the sixth triple-double in school history.

Despite missing the Florida A&M game earlier in the week, Haliburton recorded his triple-double in the Big 12 opener at TCU. The Oshkosh, Wis., native scored 22 points to go along with a career-high of 12 rebounds and 10 assists.

It is the second honor Haliburton has earned this season.
