Iowa receiver Charlie Jones earned Special Teams Player of the Week honors in the Big Ten as the Hawkeyes got their first win of the season against Michigan State.

Jones received his first career weekly honor after a 54-yard punt return touchdown in the second quarter established just how dominant the Hawkeyes were against the Spartans. Jones totaled 105 return yards on five attempts, and is fifth nationally with an average of 15 yards per punt return.

The junior all-purpose player added 38 yards on two rushing attempts to round out his performance.

Iowa will play Minnesota Friday night on FS1.
