Keahna nets second-team WaMaC West

One-win South Tama boys’ basketball had a difficult season. But at the end of another rough run of games, the Trojans were rewarded with a player making it onto the second team of the WaMaC West’s All-Conference teams.

Senior forward Eli Keahna, who led the team in scoring, scoring 8.8 points per game and also leading the team in rebounds with 5.6 a contest. He also blocked 2.2 shots per game.

Two Trojans were named honorable mentions — juniors Lance Davenport and Kenny Balderas. Davenport averaged 1.5 points per game, 1.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists. Balderas scored 3.4 points per game and grabbed 1.8 rebounds per game. He also assisted 1.7 times per contest.
