DES MOINES — The Drake University men’s and women’s basketball teams are set to take to the streets of Des Moines again on Thursday, Oct. 6, for Drake Hoops Fest, one-of-a-kind fan experience on Des Moines’ historic Court Avenue.

The centerpiece of the event once again will be a basketball court at the intersection of 3rd and Court Ave. All vehicular traffic will be restricted from the entertainment district, allowing fans to freely walk along Court Avenue while getting a preview of the 2022-23 Bulldog basketball teams.

Drake Hoops Fest gets underway at 5 p.m. and is scheduled to conclude at 8 p.m.
