The Marshalltown Community College men’s basketball team is supporting the annual Toys for Tots campaign with Sunday’s 3 p.m. home game against top-ranked Kirkwood.

The entire gate fee collected from this game will be donated directly to the local Toys for Tots drive to purchase new toys for children in need, turning this regular-season game into a community fundraiser.

In addition to the entry fees, the MCC campus is serving as a collection point for physical donations. New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at the designated locations on campus. Deadline for all toy drop-offs is Wednesday, Dec. 10.
