The Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA’s annual Y State Swimming Championship saw 421 boys from around Iowa compete at Sunday’s event. Y CEO Carol Hibbs estimates that the event draws 2,000-2,500 people in attendance over the course of its two days. (Girls competed on Saturday).
