Marshall County Courthouse Court May 7 • Arnoldo Rodriguez Perez made an initial appearance on a failure to apper for arraignment charge for a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. The arraignment is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on May 22. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. Rodriguez Perez was also seen on an interference with official acts charge and an interference with official acts-bodily injury charge. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Nunez-Cabrera will be held without bond.
