Funeral services for Jim will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, beginning at 2:00 P.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. A visitation will be held one-hour prior to services. Randall Paul Kroeger, 56, passed away January 28, 2026. Randy was born December 8, 1969 to Allen and Sheryl (Pugh) Kroeger in Marshalltown, Iowa. He graduated from Marshalltown High School and joined the U.S. Navy. Randy served his country for 4 years and was deployed to Scotland for part of his service. Upon his honorable discharge, Randy returned to Iowa and worked briefly for the Theatrical Shop before starting his career in construction with Koester Construction and later Transit Works.
