Sandy Short hosted P.E.O. Chapter BB in her home on Monday. Julie Allison, Cindy Brodin and Mary K. Anderson served desserts including caramel cheesecake and chocolate brownies. During the regular business meeting President Sylvia Lowrance gave a report on the reciprocity meeting that was held on Oct. 28. Planning is in high gear for the Marshall County Chapters’ Christmas Tea Musical to be held at 1 p.m. on Dec. 16 at First United Methodist Church.

The program was a skit titled the “Wonderful Chapter of O-Z.” Several sisters participated in the theatrical presentation. It was an entertaining trip down the yellow brick road and a glimpse behind the scenes of the nominating committee working to fill the various positions that keep a P.E.O. chapter running smoothly.

The next gathering for Chapter BB will be at 1 p.m. on Dec. 5. The program will be Munchies on the Move, a progress meal enjoying the hospitality and holiday decorations in three homes. Additional details will be emailed soon.
