Two Chapter ET members recognized at National Convention

Dorothy Barrigar Williamson, seated, and Lorraine Schultz, standing, were among a dozen TTT members from across the nation who were recognized for being active in TTT for 50 years or more, last weekend at the National TTT Convention in Cedar Rapids. Both Williamson and Schultz were initiated into Iowa ET, Marshalltown, in May, 1969. Williamson, who recently turned 98, moved from Marshalltown to Davenport to be near family, after her apartment at the Embers was severely damaged in the July 2018 tornado. She is, however, still recognized as “the matriarch” of her Marshalltown TTT chapter and was given a standing ovation by women from Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Arizona, Colorado, and Iowa in attendance.
