Twenty-one members of Chapter JU of the P.E.O. Sisterhood met Jan. 20 to enjoy brunch and celebrate Founders’ Day at the Village Cooperative.

Hostess Kirstan Condit and the tea committee members of Nancy Hartliep, Emily Osmundson, Bonnie Herbold and Karen Bursley made and served the delicious brunch.

President Marlys Smith conducted a short business meeting. After the business meeting Mary Bloomquist hosted a lively and educational game of P.E.O. Bingo with prizes to celebrate Founders’ Day.

The next meeting will be at 1 p.m. on Feb. 3 at Glenwood Place with a program by Karn Gregoire about Martha Ellen Tye, a former JU Sister.
