P.E.O. Chapter CF is sponsoring a women’s event on March 4 at the Marshalltown Arts and Civic Center. The event is from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and begins with a brunch, followed by a keynote speech by Shelley Goecke. Her speech is entitled “Finding your Fireflies” and focuses on gratitude. There will be gift bags for the attendees, as well as an opportunity to enjoy the art gallery.

P.E.O. is a women’s philanthropic organization that supports women in educational endeavors through various projects. Tickets are available for $25, with proceeds going to the P.E.O. projects.
