Sixteen members of Chapter JU of the P.E.O. Sisterhood met on March 6 at Journey Church of Marshalltown. The tea committee of Carole Weber and Margaret Johnson served pie following the meeting. President Alix Martin conducted a business meeting which included the election and installation off new officers for the coming year.

The newly installed officers are President Ann Isgrig; Vice President Kirstan Condit; Recording Secretary Karen Bursley; Corresponding Secretary Debbie Morgan; Chaplain Connie Stansberry and Guard Tracy Ostrem. The proposed budget for the year was discussed and approved.

The next meeting will be at 1 p.m. on April 3 at the home of Bursley.
