Fourteen members of Chapter JU of the P.E.O. Sisterhood attended the Sept. 18 meeting which was held at Taylor No.4 School House, hosted by Mary Bloomquist and Jolene Jebsen.

An interactive program, presented by Rita Smith of Chapter LT and Marshall County Historical Society, engaged attendees in activities and presentation as to education in a one-room school house in the era of 1913. This program is presented to 4th graders in Marshalltown and the surrounding area. Business meeting was conducted thereafter. Next Meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 2 at Grimes Farm with Brown Bag Sandwich Exchange and program by County Conservation director.
