The Tuesday Musical Club met Sept. 24 at the Congregational Church. President Deb Nuss welcomed the Marshalltown High School 2024 Music Camp Scholarship winners. Isaiah Wilder, Leslie Ibarra Murillo, Ashlyn Bane, Veronica Juarez and Ella Reynolds shared some camp experiences. Via video, GMG student, Anna Mussig and Parkersburg student, Elise Bieber also shared camp experiences and thanked the club for the scholarship. MHS music teachers Amy Ose and Brett Umthun and Justin Boliver, Interim MHS principal, also were guests.

Betsy Buck and Nuss, hostesses, provided a sandwich bar, fruit and frozen bars.

The 2024 club officers are: Nuss, president, Pat Kirner, vice-president, Valerie Sondag, secretary, Karen Engesser, treasurer and Christine Norman Hall, president ex-officio.
