Gabrielle Estabrook, daughter of Crystal and Matt Estabrook, is the 2025 recipient of the P.E.O. STAR Scholarship, sponsored by Chapter NU of Marshalltown. Qualifiers for the STAR scholarship must be a high school senior with plans to pursue post-secondary education.The scholarships are highly competitive and based on several factors such as grade points, school activities, community participation and leadership qualities. Recipients are chosen from candidates nominated by a P.E.O. chapter and reviewed and selected by the P.E.O. STAR Scholarship Board of Trustees. Estabrook is the third recipient of the STAR scholarship sponsored by Chapter NU. P.E.O. is an international organization which supports women achieving their educational goals.
