Kelly Jo Hill and Larry Dean Bouchard, both of North Pole, Alaska, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Kelly is the daughter of Kathy Hotchkiss, of Moline, Ill. and Roy Hill, of Newton. She is a 2003 graduate of Hampton-Dumont High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. She is employed with Robinson & Associates, P.C. an accounting firm in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Larry is the son of Dennis and LaRae Bouchard, of Jefferson. He is a 1999 graduate of Jefferson-Scranton High School and is in his 14th year with the United States Air Force as a Technical Sergeant currently stationed at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska.
