Court — Monday

• Nickolas Scott Giannetto made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge, a burglary-third degree charge, a criminal mischief-third degree charge and a trespass charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 14. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected parties.

• Robert Dewayne Clark made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a jury trial charge and two new charges of possession of methamphetamine-second offense and interference with official acts. Merrill Swartz will continue as counsel for the trial. The pre-trial conference is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 8 and the jury trial is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Feb. 14. Bond on the failure to appear charge is $1,000 cash only and bond on the new charges is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Stephanie Webber made an initial appearance on a warrant charging her with failure to file a written guilty plea. Marshon Dubbert will continue as counsel. The plea hearing will be scheduled at noon on Feb. 12. Webber is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Christopher Lane Goodman made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by an administrative court judge and the parole board. Goodman is being held without bond.

• Diego Villa Magana made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a plea hearing charge. Chad Frese will continue as counsel. The plea hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Villa Magana is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Christopher James Anderson made an initial appearance on an open container charge and on a warrant charging him with assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and on harassment-first degree. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 14. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Patrick Roger Williams made an initial appearance on a operating while intoxicated-first offense charge and a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge. Williams will hire Kevin O’Hare as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 22. Williams is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Donna Lea Moitozo made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended charge. Moitozo pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 13 in Magistrate Court.

• Jenny Jane Baedke made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Baedke pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with an $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Tyrone Lamont Eatmon made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge. Eatmon pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• George Kueny made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. Kueny pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 6 in Magistrate Court.

• Diego Melendez made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. The charge was dismissed with Melendez provided proof of the insurance with court costs of $60 assessed, due within 30 days.
