Court — Monday

• Dustin Reed Susie made an initial appearance on four counts of a probation violation charge, a one-way designation violation charge, a voluntary absence charge, a providing false identification information charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Susie is being held without bond.

• Miguel Angel Ordaz Ochoa made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, a driving while barred charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at p.m. on July 5.

• Chelsea Ann Peddle made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge and a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 27. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on July 2. Peddle is being held without bond on the probation charge.

• Jasmine C. Wright made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release was revoked and a bond of $2,000 cash or surety was instated.

• Herbert Elliott made an initial appearance on a two counts of a no insurance charge, a no seat belt charge and a no registration charge. Elliott pleaded guilty to all charges. On the two no insurance charges he fines are $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 for each count. The no seat belt fine is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. The fine on the no registration charge is $20 with a $7 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $87. All fines are due within 30 days.

• Angel Marie White made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance third or subsequent offense charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 27. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Brett James McBain made an initial appearance on a operating a non-registered vehicle charge and a driving under suspension charge. McBain pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on July 10 in Magistrate Court.

• On Friday, a theft was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.

• On Sunday, a case of vandalism to property was reported in the 10 block of East Southridge Road.

Arrests

• On Friday, Ryan Lovell, 32, was arrested for disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.

• On Friday, Jerry Bosely, 41, was arrested for contempt of court.

• On Friday, Joshua Pringle, 28, was arrested for theft-third degree.

• On Saturday, Austin McDanniel, 20, was arrested for trespass-first offense, interference with official acts and on a warrant.

• On Saturday, Eloradanna Warren, 20, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Saturday, Fernando Cole Sr., 21, was arrested for interference with official acts.

• On Saturday, James Lambert, 46, was arrested for burglary-second degree.

• On Sunday, David Myers, 51, was arrested fort leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only and driving while license is denied or revoked.

• On Sunday, Miguel Ordaz Ochoa, 23, was arrested for driving while barred.

• On Sunday, Dustin Susie, 32, was arrested for providing false identification information, driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended and on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Jasmine Wright, 36, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Angel White, 28, was arrested for driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended and possession of a controlled substance – third or subsequent offense.

• On Sunday, Chelsea Peddle, 35, was arrested for controlled substance violation and two warrants.

• On Monday, Mandy Baker, 40, was arrested for driving under suspension.
