• Alejandro Ramirez made an initial appearance on two counts of a contempt of court charge. Aron Vaughn will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Bond is set at $500 cash only.
• Michael Joseph Curley made an initial appearance on a trespass charge and a disorderly conduct charge. Curley pleaded guilty to both charges. On the trespass charge the fine is $250 with an 87.50 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $522.50. The fine on the disorderly conduct charge is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. All payments are due within 30 days.
• Matthew Michael Blink, of Promise City, made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 5. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.
• Stacy Ann Alvarez made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Alvarez pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due by Aug. 30.
• Thomas William Hooper, of Rhodes, made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Hooper pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due by Aug. 31.
• Ariana Marie Tichy, of Le Grand, made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Tichy pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due by Sept. 30.
• Marty Wayne Kelderman made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Kelderman pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due by Aug. 30.
• Kione Jerome Donelson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Donelson pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due by Aug. 30.
