• Tyrone Lamont Eatmon made an initial appearance on a arson-second degree charge, an interference with official acts charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a failure to appear for a probation violation hearing charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 1 p.m. on Sept. 27. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.

• Luke Dale Freland, of Melbourne, made an initial appearance on an assault while displaying a dangerous weapon charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m on Sept. 27. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Anna Louise Ferneau made an initial appearance on a simple assault charge and a criminal mischief-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m on Oct. 7. Ferneau is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office by the end of work on Monday to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Andres Ramirez made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a trial charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The trial will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Miguel Angel Vidales Mendez made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for trial charge, a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge, a disorderly conduct charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The trial and pre-trial conference will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A pre-trial conference on the new charges is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 13 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on two charges of a failure to appear for trial and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Tyler Heeren will continue as counsel. The trials will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. The drug paraphernalia charge is postponed until a later date. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

• Robert Terrell Kluck made an initial appearance on a two probation violation charges and an interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the probation violations and Jeff Hazen is appointed on the interference charge. The probation revocation hearings will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A pre-trial conference on the new charges is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Drew William Quick made an initial appearance on a two probation violation charges. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the probation violations. The probation revocation hearings will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Quick is released on his promise to appear.

• Kolton Craig Bolar made an initial appearance on a no proof of vaccination charge. Bolar pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Andrew Smet made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Smet pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 30 in Magistrate Court.

• Lavern Edward Bulver made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Bulver pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Nicholas Fuller made an initial appearance on an operating an ATV on then roadway charge. Fuller pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 13 in Magistrate Court.

• A 17-year-old female made an initial appearance on a minor restricted license violation charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Jared Lee Bown failed to make an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. The court pleaded Bown guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Marco Antonio Ordaz Garcia failed to make an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. The court pleaded Ordaz Garcia guilty on both counts. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $90 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $181.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Kaylee Marie Cooper failed to make an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. The court pleaded Cooper guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.
