• Stephen Terrill Thrift made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.
• Kelly Christine Eich made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.
• Richard Derek Wolf made an initial appearance on four counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $8,000 cash only.
• Molly June Gummert made an initial appearance on a trespass-third offense charge. Gummert pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court. Gummert was released on her promise to appear.
• Trinity Allen Rosales made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Breanna Nelson is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Trevone Lamont Turner made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and an interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Sept. 26. Turner is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
• Korki Ricoh Wilbourn made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver or manufacture charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Sept. 13. This is a companion charge to charges seen earlier this week and the bond will remain as posted. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
• Donnella Jo Fisher made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Fisher pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.
• Natrisha Leigh Banks made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Banks pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Armando Perez Galvez failed to make an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Perez Galvez was found guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.
• Daniel Martinez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Martinez pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Brittany Michelle Williams made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Williams pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Matthew Paul Bachtell failed to make an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. Bachtell was found guilty on all charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $402.50. The fine on the no valid driver’s license charge is $200 with a $70 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement surcharge and court costs of $60 for a total of $335. The fine on the failure to obey a traffic control device is $100 with a $35 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $200. All payments are due within 30 days.
• Kimberly Jean Oelmann made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a operation without registration charge. Oelmann pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Joan Ann Mohr made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Mohr pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Carl Robert Hodges made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Hodges pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Sarah Rochelle Desautels made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Desautels pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Kay Lynn Clark made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a non-jury trial charge. Christian Stickrod will continue as counsel. The non-jury trial is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 7 in Magistrate Court. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.
