• Allen Lane Papakee made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Papakee pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due by Dec. 31.

• Matthew Scott Bodie made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 14. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• A 16-year-old male made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4 in Magistrate Court.

• Omar Zamarron Herrera made an initial appearance on an assault-causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 15. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Victoria Dawn Honts failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with an $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Trevor Dashawn Weidler made an initial appearance on two counts of a burglary-third degree charge and two counts of a theft-fourth degree charge. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 15.

• Tearstyn Ann Zitzow made an initial appearance on a possession off marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 15. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Tyler Jordan made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Jordan pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due by Dec. 31.

• Juan Garcia Alcaraz, of Tama, made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving under suspension charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 13. The court ordered that Garcia Alcaraz by photographed and fingerprinted in connection with these charges.

• Maria Rosas made an initial appearance on a dark windshield charge. Rosas pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 13 in Magistrate Court.

• Mitchell O’Hare entered a not guilty plea on a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20 in Magistrate Court.
