• Eric Cruz Ramirez, of Liscomb, made an initial appearance on an assault while displaying a dangerous weapon charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 15. Ramirez is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Kaisha Nicole Oides made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 15. Oides is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.
• Daly Lyle Bagnall made an initial appearance on a stalking charge, a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge and a harassment-third degree charge. Bagnall will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 18. Bagnall is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Luis Orlando Celis Martinez, of Webster City, made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 18. Celis Martinez is released on his promise to appear.

• On Thursday, Justin Zitzow, 22, was arrested for possession of burglar’s tools, criminal mischief-third degree, burglary-third degree and possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense.
• On Wednesday, Kaisha Oides, 35, was arrested for theft-first degree – bad check.
• On Wednesday, Jaramie Trumbo, 38, was arrested for trespass.
