• Angel Alvarado made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and an interference with official acts charge. Alvarado pleaded not guilty to both charges and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Ignacio Andrade made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
• Travis Stewart made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 27. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
• Brandi McBain made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 27.
• Jared Eibs made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Eibs pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Kione Donelson made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Donelson pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.
• Ruben Salas made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and a disorderly conduct charge. Salas pleaded guilty to both charges and the fines are $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75 on each charge, due within 30 days.
• Andres Coronado made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Coronado pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.
• Devante Stewart made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 27.
• Mitchell O’Hare made an initial appearance through counsel, Kevin O’Hare, on a operating while under the influence charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 29. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
• Jaymie Nicole Stockdall made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Breanna Nelson will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 22. Stockdall is released on her promise to appear. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jace Thomas Jordan made an initial appearance on an unlawful possession of prescription drugs charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.
• Daniel Steven Rater made an initial appearance on an operating a non-registered vehicle charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Rater pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 18 in Magistrate Court.
