• David Lavern Wagner made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver or manufacture charge, a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge and a keeping a premises of vehicle for the purpose of selling or using controlled substances charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 18. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Andrea Olimpia Sanchez made an initial appearance on a failure to carry a registration card charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, a speeding charge, a no insurance charge and an operation without registration charge. Sanchez pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 18 in Magistrate Court.

• Daniel Wilford Garr made an initial appearance on an escape from custody charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m on Nov. 18. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Matthew Dean Barber made an initial appearance through counsel, Jeff Hazen, on a probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Mathew Loyd Stevens made an initial appearance on an escape from custody charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 18. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Bradley Wayne Sparrow made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Sparrow is being held without bond.

• Richard James Dolan Jr. made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Nov. 27. Dolan is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Anna Louise Ferneau made an initial appearance on a failure to file a plea charge. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Brandon Joe Godfrey made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Godfrey pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 18 in Magistrate Court.

• Angel Marie White failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a operation without registration charge. The court found White guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the operation without registration is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Shyanne Lacey Frazier failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to use a seat belt charge. The court found Frazier guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the seat belt charge is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Maria Y. Cervantes Ordaz made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Cervantes Ordaz pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 in Magistrate Court.

• Mark Darin Storjohann made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge and a no insurance accident charge. Alan Richards has been hired as counsel. The preliminary hearing has been waived. A substance abuse evaluation has been ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Jennifer Soledad Garcia Morales made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. Garcia Morales pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $80 with a $28 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $168. All payments are due within 30 days.

• April Marie Gohring made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Gohring pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 18 in Magistrate Court.

• Joseph Douglas Jess made an initial appearance through counsel, Matthew Petrzelka, on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a possession of a controlled substance charge. The preliminary hearing is waived. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
