• Raymond Martinez Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge and an interference with official acts-inflicting bodily injury charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 20. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. The court ordered Martinez Rodriguez to be photographed and fingerprinted in connection with this case within 10 days.
• Jhesie Aaron Hill made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-third degree charge and a theft-third degree charge. Hill will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 30. Hill is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jerry Lavelle Martin III made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
• Diego Nathaniel Murillo made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. Chad Frese will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Jan. 6, 2020. Murillo is being held without bond.
• Ronald Antonio Figueroa Borrero made an initial appearance through a Spanish interpreter on a failure to file a written guilty plea charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The guilty plea hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.
• Dillon Knight made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation-second or subsequent offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 20. Bond is set a $5,000 cash or surety.
