• Shaidin Aaron Ross made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Zakk Jaymz Cobb made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge and a voluntary absence from custody charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Cobb is being held without bond on this charge. A preliminary hearing on the voluntary absence charge is set at 1 p.m. on Dec. 13. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Richard James Dolan Jr. made an initial appearance on two counts of a pre-trial release violation charge. Jeff Hazen will continue as counsel. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Gabriel Omar Santos Lopez made an initial appearance through a Spanish interpreter on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge, a possession of methamphetamine charge and a possession of contraband charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 13. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jameson Alan Hulbert made an initial appearance a parole violation charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Hulbert is being held without bond.

• Bonnie Louise Barton made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Breanna Nelson is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Barton is released on her promise to appear.

• Tami Short made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Short pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 8, 2020, in Magistrate Court.
