• Jonatan Yepez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a no insurance charge, a striking an unattended vehicle charge and a failure to use a seat belt charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 6. Yepez is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Scott Edward Mill Jr. made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Shaidin Aaron Ross made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 27. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• John St. Clair made an initial appearance on a tree debris charge. St. Clair pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Rosibel Andrade made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. Andrade pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5 in Magistrate Court.

• Andrew Lyle Bramon made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. Aron Vaughn will continue as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 7 in District Associate Court. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Thomas David Like made an initial appearance on a failure to file a guilty plea charge. Marshon Dubbert will continue as counsel. A scheduling hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Feb. 3. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Nicholas Morgan made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Morgan pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75 plus restitution if applicable. Payment is due within 30 days.

• Alexander Osborn made an initial appearance on a passing near an intersection, bridge or railroad crossing charge. Osborn pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 12 in Magistrate Court.
