Court– Monday

• Tammy Sue Papiboune made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 14. Papiboune was released on her promise to appear.

• Shaun P. Campbell made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence charge, a failure to carry registration card charge and a no insurance charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 5. Campbell is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Steven Ray Lund made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 5. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Krystal Kay Rivera made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. Rivera pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Tyler Ray Bolle made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no valid driver’s charge, an operation without registration charge and a no insurance charge. Bolle pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension and no insurance charges the fines were $250 with a $87.50 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $402.75. The fine on the no valid driver’s license charge is $200 with a $70 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $335. The fine on the operation without registration is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $132.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• A 16-year-old female made an initial appearance on a violation of an instruction permit charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Ricky Dustin Hawkins made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 14. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Andrea Faye Hogan made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 14. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Kristy Marie Ragsdale made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Ragsdale pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Jerry Cheapo failed to make an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. The court found him guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• On Saturday, Gary Wayne Ingledue, 64, was cited for improper use of lanes.
