• Harold Andrew Lathrop made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, a operating while under the influence-second offense charge, a theft-third degree charge, two counts of reckless driving charge, a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge, a no insurance charge, three counts of failure to respond to a steady, red light charge, an operation without registration charge, a speeding 21 or more over charge, four failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge, a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge, a speeding 102/45 charge, a speeding 105/35 charge, a passing contrary to the sign charge and an open container charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 17. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Stacy Marie Lynn made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 27. Lynn is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Mark Anthony Soard Jr. made an initial appearance on a possession of meth charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 27. • Milla Pete Pete made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and an operation without registration charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 27. Pete Pete is released on his promise to appear.

• Yesni Yaquelin Mora Avalos made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Mora Avalos pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 19 in Magistrate Court.

• On Tuesday, Jakub Aaron Wright, 38, was arrested on a warrant.
