Court — Tuesday

• Logan Matthew Schmidt made an initial appearance on an attempted burglary-second degree charge and a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 28. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Cheyenne Lucille Johnson made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is $10,000 cash or surety.

• Gregory John Paglia made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Paglia is being held without bond.

• Kathleen Amber Dolan made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Shanise Larae Parker made an initial appearance on a failure to file for a written arraignment. Marshon Dubbert will continue as counsel. The bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Emmanuel Gallardo made an initial appearance on a providing false identification information charge, a speeding charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a no insurance charge. Gallardo pleaded guilty to the false identification charge and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. He also pleaded guilty to the speeding charge. The fine is $40 with a $14 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $114. All payments are due within 30 days. Gallardo pleaded not guilty to the other two charges and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 1 in Magistrate Court.

• Deshawn Muhammad made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 28. Muhammad was released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Michelle Dillon made an initial appearance on a violation of the compulsory education law charge. Dillon pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 1 in Magistrate Court.

• Miguel Angel Ordaz Ochoa made an initial appearance on a failure to file a written guilty plea charge. Taylor Reichardt will continue as counsel. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Dublin Mackenzie Quinn made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 9. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of the case.
