• Cora Edna Marie Mattingly made an initial appearance on failure to appears for: an interference with official acts charge, a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge and failure to appear for pre-trial conferences on: two trespass-first offense charges, a operating without registration card charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. On the interference with official acts and criminal mischief charges a preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on June 30. Mattingly pleaded guilty to all other charges. The fine on the trespass charges is $200 with a $70 surcharge on each count, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $455 for each count. The fines on the driving under suspension charge and the no insurance charge is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 for each. On the operating a non-registered vehicle charge the fine is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. The fine on the operating without registration card is $20 with a $7 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $87. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Abdelrahman Obaidalla Abdalla made an initial appearance on a trespass charge. Adballa pleaded guilty and the fine is $200 with a $70 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $455, due within 30 days.

• Margaret Annette Davis made an initial appearance on a failure to vaccinate for rabies charge. Davis pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.
