• David William Frimml made an initial appearance on three counts of a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault charge. Tyler Reichardt was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 30. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Samuel Soto made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a driving under suspension charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on June 29. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. Soto pleaded guilty to the driving under suspension charge and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 25. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only.

• Ivan Rodriguez Jimenez made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a driving while license is revoked, suspended, canceled or denied charge and a failure to appear for a contempt hearing charge. On the driving charge, a pre-trial conference iss scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 9. The contempt hearing will be rescheduled by the District Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
