Court — Monday

• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. Arraignment hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 16. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only. A no-contact order is in affect for the protected party.

• Adam James Needs made an initial appearance on May 29 on a domestic abuse assault charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 15. Needs is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 96 hours to sign a pre-trial released agreement. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

Needs was also seen on a violation of pre-trial release on June 1. pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Lee Erin Kenner made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 15.

• Serena Lea Jefferson made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Allan Richard will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on June 12. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Willis Wade Wrase Lasley made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The arraignment hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 16. Bond will continue as posted.

• Joshua Allen Hazen made an initial appearance on a simple assault charge. Breanna Nelson filed an appearance as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 12.

• James Henry Hodson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 19.

• Linda C. Mancina made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Aug. 4.

• Marco Antonio Sanchez Hernandez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Sanchez Hernandez pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Estevan Luis Sanchez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Sanchez pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Roberto Linares made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Linares pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.
