Court — Tuesday

• Timothy John Trenary made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Trenary is being held without bond.

Trenary also appeared on an interference with official acts charge. Ray Starks is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Aug. 5.

• Ramon Aaron Maxey made an initial appearance on three counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jimmy Chandler made an initial appearance on a striking fixtures charge. This is a companion to a operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge and the preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Aug. 3. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel.

• Dustin Dean Umbaugh made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Umbaugh pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.

• David Loranzo Peppers made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Peppers pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75, due within 30 days.

• Amanda Lee Morris made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Morris pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.

• Kourtney Ann Newby made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Newby pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.74, due within 30 days.
