Court — Tuesday

• Amanda Jean Riley made an initial appearance on an assault charge, a public intoxication charge, a disorderly conduct charge and a criminal mischief charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sept. 24. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Susan Kaye Lurvey made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no seat belt charge and a providing a false identification information charge. Lurvey pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $342.50. The fine on the no seat belt charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine for the providing false ID information is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. All payments are due within 30 days.

• On Monday, a theft was reported in the 600 block of East South Street.

• On Sunday, a theft of motor vehicle parts was reported in the 100 block of South 18th Avenue.

• On Saturday, a burglary was reported in the 500 block of South Fourth Street.

• On Friday, criminal mischief wsa reported in connection with a theft of motor vehicle parts in the 100 block of West Anson Street.

• On Friday, a theft was reported in the 800 block of South Center Street.

• On Friday, a burglary of a motor vehicle and a theft was reported in the 2800 block of South Center Street.

Citations

• On Saturday, Reylene Yanni Ramirez, 24, was cited for driving on the wrong side of a two way highway.

• On Saturday, Sean Douglas Switzer, 40, was cited for operating a non registered vehicle and no insurance.

Arrests

• On Sunday, Victor Quintanilla-Gonzalez, 46, was arrested for no insurance and operating while under the influence — third offense.

• On Sunday, Ronald Findlay, 49, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• On Sunday, Deon Mathis, 35, was arrested possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• On Saturday, Brandon Griggs, 22, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• On Saturday, Sean Switzer, 40, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, carrying weapons and dominion or control of a firearm by a felon.

• On Saturday, Bradley Dean, 37, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended.

• On Saturday, Reonna Spencer, 22, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• On Saturday, Darrell Jordan Jr., 21, was arrested for theft-fifth degree-shoplifting.

• On Saturday, Reylene Ramirez, 24, was arrested for open container, driving while license is under suspension, driving while license is denied or revoked and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Friday, Dustin Collins, 27, was arrested for no insurance, speeding and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Friday, Martin Jamell, 29, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Friday, Johnathon Howard, 30, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended.

• On Friday, James Wells, 64, was arrested on a warrant.
