• Crystal Marie Lennie made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 23. Bond is set at $2,000 cash on each count.

• Drake C. Keahna made an initial appearance on a willful injury charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 16. Keahna is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Wade Clement Brown made an initial appearance on a willful injury charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore appeared as counsel. The preliminary hearing has been waived. Brown is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Ana Laura Martinez made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Martinez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75, due within 30 days.

• James Anthony Oden made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. Aron Vaughn was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 20. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Jordan Mae Jensen made an initial appearance on a passing a school bus charge. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov 4.

• Colton Brian Edward Fricke made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a speeding charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 16.

• Armando Garcia made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Ray Starks is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 16. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
