• Timothy John Bullard made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge and a sex offender registry violation charge. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel on the parole violation. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Bullard is being held without bond. Jennie Wilson Moore is appointed as counsel on the sex offender violation. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 30. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Cody Jasper Rinnels made an initial appearance on an escape from custody charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 30. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Jerome Lang made an initial appearance on an harassment-third degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 18 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Ricky Dale Mayfield Jr. made an initial appearance on an unauthorized use of a credit card charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Nov. 18. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Ryan Curtis Seymour made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Nov. 6.

• Robert Eugene Hills made an initial appearance on an assault charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 4. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Brice Daniel Bagnall Trejo made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 30. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
