• Leandrew Brink Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 9 in Magistrate Court for the driving under suspension charge. Brink pleaded guilty to the other two charges. On the no insurance charge the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. All payments are due within 30 days.
• Aaron Michael Williams made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no seatbelt charge. Williams pleaded guilty to the no seatbelt and the fine is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50, due within 30 days. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 9 in Magistrate Court on the driving under suspension charge.
• Luis Javier Mendoza Soto made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Mendoza Soto pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $600.
• Reonna Spencer made an initial appearance on a no seatbelt charge and a driving under suspension charge. Spencer pleaded guilty to the seatbelt charge and the fine is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50, due within 30 days. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Bradley Dwayne Dean made an initial appearance on a improper rear lamps charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. Dean pleaded guilty to both charges. On the rear lamp charge the fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on the non-registered vehicle charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. All payments are due within 30 days.
• Jovana Julia Nunez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Nunez pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 due within 30 days.
• Johnathon Warren Howard made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Howard pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.

Incidents
• On Thursday, two thefts were reported in the 800 block of West State Street.
• On Thursday, a theft was reported in the 3200 block of South 12th Street.
Arrests
• On Thursday, Jacob Rowley, 27, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended.
• On Thursday, Teagan Danner, 20, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Thursday, Chase Mailloux, 36, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-second offense.
• On Thursday, Kraig Keding, 31, was arrested for operating without registration, failing to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way, no insurance and operating while under the influence-first offense.
Accidents
• On Nov. 3, a car driven by Nicholas Thomas Garrett, 24, of Carlsbad, Calif., was eastbound on Highway 30 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway disabling the car. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Garrett car was estimated at $2,500.
• On Oct. 29, a pickup driven by Teddy Albert Gunderson, 68, of Liscomb, was northbound on Highway 14 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway from the east ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Gunderson pickup was estimated at $7,500.
