Court — Wednesday
• Ryan Adam Carmer made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
• William Artemio Yanez Najarro made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a possession of marijuana charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 4, 2021. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
• Dawson Kyle Davenport made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Davenport pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.
• Todd Raymond Bird ade an initial appearance on a stalking-violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a trespass charge. The preliminary hearing on the stalking charge is at 1 p.m. on Dec. 23. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. Bird pleaded guilty to the trespass charge and the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354, due within 30 days.
• Jasmin Elizabeth Anderson made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2021, in Magistrate Court.
• Edwin Ocasio Alicea made an initial appearance on an assault charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 23. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Mufalme Christopher Museveni made an initial appearance on a faillure to appear for a court proceeding charge. The next court date will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Ambria Elizabeth Price made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2021. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.
• Phokham Bounsavath made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charges. Bounsavath pleaded guilty and the fines are $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 for each count, due within 30 days.
• Miguel Angel Ibarra Lemus made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m on March 3, 2021, in Magistrate Court.
