• Aaron Lee Dolash made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing charge. Ray Starks will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is rescheduled for 10:45 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2021. Dolash is being held without bond.
• Zakk Jaymz Cobb made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2021. Bond is set at $3,000 cash only.
• Severiano Antonio Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Gonzalez pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.
• Jose Rubio Jr. made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. Rubio pleaded guilty to all charges. On the speeding charge the fine is $55 with a $8.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $118.25. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. All payments are due within 30 days.
• Alicia Marie Kinzenbaw made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. Kinzenbaw pleaded guilty and the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75, due within 30 days.
• Anthony Cervantes Mendoza made an initial appearance on a posssession of marijuana charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2021. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
