• Austin Eric Lowell, 27 of Marshalltown, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant.
• Joel Bakafuela Dubilo, 21 of Marshalltown, was arrested Tuesday for driving with a suspended license.
• Jessica Rae Stanton, 47 of Marshalltown, was arrested Tuesday for driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control device.
