• David Loranzo Peppers, 53 of Marshalltown, was arrested Friday on a warrant.

• Adam Dean Bingham, 25 of Montour, was arrested Friday for first-offense trespassing.

• John Henderson, 38 of Montour, was arrested Sunday for first degree harassment, domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and fifth degree criminal mischief.

• Delaurentiss Caetano Arnell Thomas, 25 of Marshalltown, was arrested Monday for driving with a suspended license.

• Jovana Julia Nunez, 19 of Marshalltown, was arrested Saturday for domestic abuse assault.

• Melissa Helen Wade, 24 of Marshalltown, was arrested Friday on a warrant.

• Emma Nicole Parks, 19 of Conrad, was arrested Friday for possession of drug paraphernalia and first offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana.

• Alejandra Dean Bly, 21 of Marshalltown, was arrested Friday for possession of drug paraphernalia and first offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana.

• Edwin Prudencio Ibarra, 18 of Marshalltown, was arrested Saturday for driving with a suspended license.

• Willie Edward Spencer, 59 of Marshalltown, was arrested Sunday for driving with a suspended, denied, cancelled or revoked license; violation of a no contact/protective order; child endangerment and third-offense or subsequent offense of possession of a controlled substance.

• Debra Elaine Armstrong of Marshalltown, 60, was arrested Saturday for tampering with a motor vehicle.

Incidents

• Third-degree theft was reported Friday in the 1200 block of W. Iowa Ave.

• Third-degree burglary was reported Friday in the 3000 block of S. Center Street.

• Fifth-degree criminal mischief was reported Saturday in the 600 block of W. Church Street.

• Maria Perez-Busani, 42, was arrested Sunday for driving with a suspended license and second-offense driving while under the influence.
