Arrests
• Steven Craig Kent, 65, of Marshalltown, was arrested Tuesday for first-offense domestic abuse assault.
• Richard Wayne Samora, 37, of Marshalltown, was arrested Wednesday for violation of a no contact/protective order.
• Lucas Ray Hulin, 26, of Conrad, was arrested Tuesday for speeding in a 55 or under zone, interference with official acts, eluding, operating while intoxicated, drugs or participating in a felony and second-offense operating while under the influence.
• Abid Ashraf Akhtar, 26, of Marshalltown was arrested Tuesday for driving with a suspended license.
Incidents
• Leaving the scene of an accident with property damage was reported Tuesday on N. 10th Street.
• Second-degree theft of a motor vehicle was reported on the 900 block of S. Second Street on Tuesday.

• Gonzalez, 26, of Marshalltown, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant.
• Lucas Ray Hulin, 26, of Conrad, was arrested Tuesday for unsafe passing, open container, failure to maintain control, driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway, reckless driving and speeding in a 55 or under zone.
